1. What is a cookie?
A cookie or tracker is information stored on your device by a site or third-party service. It can operate a feature, remember a choice, measure audience or personalize content.
2. Your choice
During your first visit, a preferences panel lets you accept, refuse or configure non-essential purposes.
- Refusal is offered at the same level as acceptance.
- Non-essential trackers are not stored before your choice.
- You can change your decision via the “Cookies” button.
3. Tracker inventory
| Nom | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| capsula_cookie_consent | Remember the global cookie choice status. | Essentiel | Environ 6 mois. |
| capsula_cookie_settings | Remember accepted or refused purposes. | Essentiel | Environ 6 mois. |
| capsula_form_token | Secure forms against automated abuse. | Essentiel security | Short duration, around 2 hours. |
4. Audience measurement
No non-essential audience measurement tool is enabled by default. If Capsula adds analytics, it will depend on consent unless it strictly falls under an applicable exemption.
5. Marketing et personnalisation
No advertising, retargeting or marketing profiling tracker is enabled by default. Any future activation must be documented on this page and subject to explicit consent.
6. Services tiers
Some content may rely on third-party services, for example an external map. These services may apply their own privacy and cookie rules when loaded.
Capsula limits these integrations and favors proportionate uses.
8. Update
This policy will be updated if a tracker is added, removed or its purpose changes.
