1. Commitment Capsula
Capsula is committed to making its digital content and journeys accessible, relying on RGAA and WCAG. Accessibility is integrated into strategy, design, development, acceptance testing, documentation and future changes.
A site is truly premium when it remains usable without a mouse, with a screen reader, with high zoom, reduced motion and on mobile.
2. Compliance status
Le sitewww.capsula-studio.com is declared partially compliantunder RGAA 4.1.2. This statement is based on an internal review, automated tests and manual checks on key journeys.
A full compliance audit by an independent third party could specify an exact compliance rate. For now, Capsula prefers to declare partial compliance rather than claim unproven compliance.
3. Evaluation method
Check of headings, navigation areas, links, forms, labels and alternative text.
Keyboard tests, visible focus, tab order, mobile menu, forms and cookie banner.
Main contrasts, responsive behavior, zoom, readability, motion reduction and visual hierarchy.
4. Pages and journeys evaluated
- Home, Services, Support, Projects, About, FAQ.
- Contact, Quote, Talk to Capsula.
- Legal notice, Terms of Use, Terms of Sale, Privacy, Cookies, Accessibility Statement.
- Desktop and mobile navigation, footer, cookie banner, contact links.
5. Summary results
| Zone | Current status | Priority |
|---|---|---|
| Navigation | Clear structure, mobile button connected to the panel, readable links. | Continuous monitoring. |
| Forms | Labels present, required fields indicated, server protections. | Test with a screen reader before any major release. |
| Images | Alternative attributes present on main visuals. | Clarify purely decorative images if needed. |
| Animations | Motion reduction is considered for main effects. | Continue simplifying ambient effects. |
| Contrastes | Main contrasts satisfactory, secondary helper text to monitor. | Progressive strengthening. |
6. Content and points to improve
- Some secondary text or notices can be strengthened in contrast.
- Ambient visual effects must remain restrained and non-blocking.
- External integrations, such as maps, also depend on the accessibility of the third-party provider.
- Full validation with NVDA, VoiceOver and real keyboard navigation should be renewed before each major release.
7. Exemptions and third-party content
No exemption for disproportionate burden is declared at this stage. Integrated third-party content may however fall under the accessibility rules of its respective publishers.
8. 2026 improvement plan
- April-May 2026: legal page redesign and mobile harmonization.
- May-June 2026: complete keyboard/focus review on all forms.
- June 2026: screen reader testing on Contact, Quote and Talk journeys.
- Summer 2026: more formal RGAA audit with criteria log and evidence.
